Opening Our Factory to Future Industry Professionals

JFWPC recently welcomed a group of visitors to our manufacturing facility for an on-site factory tour.

The visit covered the complete production workflow, including extrusion, surface finishing, post-processing, quality inspection, and packing. By walking through each workshop, visitors were able to see how WPC products move from raw materials to finished outdoor building materials.

During the tour, our team introduced the key manufacturing processes, quality control procedures, and testing standards used throughout production. Discussions also covered the performance and applications of wood plastic composites in outdoor decking, wall cladding, fencing, pergolas, and other exterior construction projects.

Opening our factory gives visitors a direct view of how we manufacture our products and manage quality at every stage of production. It also creates an opportunity to exchange ideas, answer technical questions, and share practical experience in WPC manufacturing.
